Membership Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before completing and submitting your GFNC membership application.

By accessing, completing, and submitting the Global Fashion Network Council (GFNC) Membership Registration Form, all applicants acknowledge that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1.Eligibility and Requirements

  1. 1.1Applicants are required to carefully review all membership requirements, qualifications, and eligibility criteria before initiating registration.
  2. 1.2Applicants must ensure that they meet all necessary conditions and standards established by GFNC before proceeding with payment and submission of the application form.
  3. 1.3Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee membership approval. All applications shall be subject to review and approval by the appropriate GFNC authority.
  4. 1.4GFNC reserves the right to request additional supporting documents or information from applicants where necessary.

2.Application Process

  1. 2.1Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration.
  2. 2.2Any false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification, rejection of the application, suspension, or termination of membership.
  3. 2.3Applicants are advised to review all information entered before final submission.
  4. 2.4Once submitted, applications may not be modified unless approved by GFNC management.

3.Membership Fees and Payment Policy

  1. 3.1All membership registration fees and applicable payments made to GFNC are mandatory and must be completed through approved payment channels.
  2. 3.2Applicants must ensure that they fully understand the payment requirements before making any payment.
  3. 3.3Payment of registration fees does not guarantee automatic approval of membership.

4.Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All registration fees, membership fees, processing fees, administrative charges, and any related payments made to GFNC are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

  2. 4.2Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review and confirm that they meet all requirements before making payment, completing registration forms, and submitting applications.
  3. 4.3 Refund requests shall not be entertained under circumstances including but not limited to:
    1. a)Failure to meet eligibility requirements after payment;
    2. b)Incorrect information submitted by the applicant;
    3. c)Change of mind after payment;
    4. d)Failure to complete the registration process;
    5. e)Rejection due to non-compliance with membership standards;
    6. f)Failure to attend any membership-related orientation or event.

5.Review and Approval

  1. 5.1GFNC reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or membership where necessary.
  2. 5.2Decisions regarding membership approval shall be final and binding.

6.Code of Conduct

  1. 6.1Members are expected to uphold professionalism, integrity, respect, and ethical behavior while representing GFNC.
  2. 6.2Members shall avoid actions that may damage the reputation, image, or objectives of GFNC.
  3. 6.3Violations of GFNC policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

7.Data Privacy

  1. 7.1Information provided by applicants may be collected and used for registration, communication, administration, and official GFNC purposes.
  2. 7.2GFNC shall take reasonable measures to protect applicant information but reserves the right to use submitted information for legitimate organisational activities.

8.Amendments

  1. 8.1GFNC reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary.

9. Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, completing the registration form, and submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the strict non-refundable policy of Global Fashion Network Council (GFNC).
